Computer setup for “Page Not Found” error
Transport Layer Security (TLS) Protocol is now required on all browsers that access the https://www.stentelasp.com/medicalink website. If you do not have this enabled on your computer you will get a “Page Not Found” error connecting to our site.
Please follow the instructions below to enable this protocol in Internet Explorer.
1. Open the Internet Explorer browser.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click on the Advanced tab, and scroll down to Security. Make sure that
ALL the following boxes are checked:
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
If you still receive the Page Not Found error, please try the following:
1. Open the Internet Explorer browser.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click on the General tab, then clear temporary internet files, cache and cookies.
4. Then find Temporary file and Internet Settings and uncheck "automatically" and check "Every time I visit the web page", click OK.
5. Next click on the Security tab, click on Trusted Sites and then the Sites button. If https://www.stentelasp.com is not in the website box add it. Just below the website box you should see "Require server verification for all sites in this zone", make sure that this is un-checked and then click close.
6. Now navigate to the Privacy tab. If you can see pop-up blockers and it is checked click on Settings. You will now see a box similar to the one that was in the Security Tab/Trusted sites, again add https://www.stentelasp.com and then click close.
7. Now we want to make sure you don’t have a 3rd party pop-up blockers that are restricting access to the ASP website. I usually right click in the menu bar just to the right of the Help button. Make sure that if you have a Google Toolbar or/especially a Yahoo Toolbar you either disable it or turn off the pop-up blockers that come with these toolbars.
